Our Clubhouse
Our clubhouse makes a wonderful place to hold functions when the gathering is just too large for your home. Birthday parties, showers, meetings, and small receptions can be easily hosted in the clubhouse.
*You must be a Holly Trace resident to rent this space.

Clubhouse Rental & Fee Schedule
The clubhouse is available year-round for rental. To begin the rental process, check the scheduling calendar below and make sure that the clubhouse is available for your dates. Then click the “Schedule Rental” button to make your rental request.
The cost is still only $50 for Holly Trace residents! (Deposit fee is $50; please see contract)
